From humble beginnings in 1963 building small suburban
unit blocks, KPA develops mainly medium density, quality residential
projects ranging in value from $10,000,000
to $45,000,000.
Proudly Queensland owned and family run, KPA has successfully
developed several hundred residential projects including
apartments, serviced apartments, houses, town houses, motels and hotels.
KPA manages the development process from project conception
to completion. Specialist in-house experts undertake site
acquisition, financing, planning, construction, marketing and ongoing management.
The company also undertakes all of its own construction to ensure quality control of product and successful delivery within set time contraints.

Team
KPA is committed to its staff, many of whom have been
working for the company for over twenty-five years.
KPA is jointly managed by Peter Flynn, Scott Flynn and
Anthony Flynn all of whom have extensive property knowledge,
understanding and expertise. They are assisted by Charlie Flynn on a daily basis.
Peter Flynn founded the business in 1963 utilising architectural
and building skills producing suburban six-pack blocks
of units.
Scott Flynn is a masters graduate in the School of Architecture,
Planning and Preservation at Columbia University in New
York city. He along with Anthony Flynn who has widespread
experience in the property development arena, manages
site acquisition, project financing, planning and marketing.
