Inchcolm Hotel Refurbishment

The Inchcolm was a Heritage listed property purchased by Kenlynn in the 1990’s and converted to a hotel which originally opened in 1997.

The property was reinvigorated with a multi-million dollar refurbishment and extension completed by Kenlynn in 2014 repositioning the property as the award winning ‘New Inchcolm Hotel & Suites’, one of Brisbane’s finest and most unique 5 star boutique hotels.

Kenlynn sold the property to Ovolo Hotels in 2017 with it being rebranded ‘The Inchcolm by Ovolo’

The Hotel is conveniently located in the Brisbane CBD fringe and adjacent to the businesses of Spring Hill. Central railway station is immediately across the road and other public transport is nearby. The vibrant dining precinct of Eagle St Pier, the entertainment hub of Fortitude Valley and the wonderful shopping of Queen Street Mall and Queen’s Plaza are under ten minutes walk. Walkers, joggers and cyclists are only minutes from the beautiful Brisbane River, Botanic Gardens and Southbank.
